/></p><p> 他感悟到:对于一名教师而言,其不经意间表现出来的教学细节,决定着教学的成败,影响学生的学习效果。在构成课堂的众多因素中,教学细节是最小的基本单位,然而细节虽小,其在教学过程中的功能和作用却不可低估,它们在促进学生的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。</p><p> 他分享到:从老师要给学生一瓶水,自己就必须是一条常流常新的小溪引入本次的分享主题,然后从三个方面分享了就如何打造高效课堂的思考。先是强调生动,有趣的导入是一堂好课的开端,精彩的导入,不但可以让课堂充满活力,展示教师教学智慧和教学风格,也可以调动学生学习积极性,全身心投入到学习,他主要介绍了复习回顾式,故事式,悬念式三种导入方式。再从诙谐,幽默的语言;丰富、多彩的教学活动;团结、合作的小组活动三个方面提出了幽默、合作的教学过程是一堂好课的关键。最后指出及时、有效的练习是一堂好课的延伸。</p><p> /></p><p> </p><p> 全书共七个专题,每个专题介绍4-6个微创意,围绕课堂教学环节和教学要素从教学导入的设计、教学语言的运用、教学活动的组织、师生互动的促成、教学方式的调动、小组活动的组织和课堂练习的设计这七个方面加以介绍。</p><p> 她感悟到:书读百遍,不如实践一遍。教学微创意立足于实践,但却着重于启迪,倘若受这35个微创意中一两个启发,而自主萌生新创意那更好,案例的作用虽然在于借鉴,更大作用在于启迪自己萌生创意,从平常课堂中跳出来,用新颖的观察角度和新鲜的心理状态捕捉课堂的变化之美。把幽默请进语文课堂、并努力使教学语言更富幽默感,让学生在会心的微笑中领悟教师语言所蕴含的深刻含义,凭借各自的个性特点来形成自己的教学风格。</p><p> 她分享到:针对自己在教学中的问题着重学习了专题二:教学语言微创意:适时幽默——教师幽默的教学语言作用可以激励学生主动学习。(1)提升课堂教学气氛,融洽师生关系。(2)辅助课堂教学,攻克教学难点。教师幽默语言的运用:(1)用幽默的语言引导学生快速吸收知识。(2)用幽默的语言进行教学评价。(3)用幽默的语言进行课堂管理。</p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" </p><p>王颖老师点评:孙诚老师在分享时,着重从“导入设计”、“幽默的教学语言”和“教学活动”三个方面来表述。在“导入设计”环节,孙老师提出复习回顾式、故事式、悬念式三点,除了可以“温故而知新”,也不乏通过故事娓娓道来,还可以设置相关悬念来吸引学生注意,使其聚焦于课堂。同时,诙谐、幽默的语言会让学生爱上你的教学,借助于丰富多彩的教学活动,团结合作的小组活动,课堂会愈发增光添彩。总之,孙老师是一位有见地、有想法的老师。</p><p> 马秋慧老师就教学语言创意中“医生看病 适时幽默”帮助学生转换思路展开分享。马老师指出,教学需要的幽默成分可以产生妙趣横生的效果,给学生留下极为深刻的印象,进而调节教学氛围,提升教学效果。马老师不仅引用自己一次在课堂上的幽默教学经历,而且提出自己日常教学中“搞定”、“PK”、“那是相当好”“你太有才了”等幽默语言。可见,马老师在拥有高超的教学技艺的同时,也不乏风趣幽默。</p><p>手捧书籍,就是手捧希望;开卷读书,就是打开世界之窗。让我们把握今天,用知识来武装自己,为人生奠基;让我们亲近书本,与书为友,以书为鉴。享受读书的快乐,享受生活的快乐,让我们的周围书香弥漫。</p>
