尊敬的网友您好：
    经仪陇县市监局执法人员调查，你所反映的亨牛火锅店亨牛火锅后厨极度脏乱差为该店将废弃纸箱放置于后厨外面一平台处，疑似楼上住户向下扔烟头导致纸箱着火。视频显示内容为，明火扑灭后仪陇县综合执法局执法人员到现场处置的情况，并非亨牛火锅店后厨卫生情况。
    县市监局执法人员对亨牛火锅店进行了现场检查，其后厨地面无积水、物品陈列摆放有序、未发现过期变质食材，卫生状况总体良好。
