box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(255, 9, 0); overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp; (三)防控物资充足。</span></strong>复工复业餐饮单位贮存有满足日常加 工经营所需的防控物资,经营加工场所符合要求。1.消毒剂和口罩存量能满足 7 日需求。2.配备有红外额温仪。3.后厨达到《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》的相关要求。4.配有满足需要的食品级塑料袋、餐盒等外卖配送包装器 材。5.配备一次性手套、头套,满足从业人员日常加工操作需要。6.配备废弃口罩投放专用垃圾桶,并标识清楚。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; &nbsp;1.人员排查到位。</span>对外省员工近 14 天内的去向进行全面排 查,建立员工健康台账。对来自或去过湖北等疫情重点地区的员 工及仍在医学观察期的员工列入重点监控类清单,规劝其暂不返 岗。对来自或去过疫情重点地区、或者与确诊或疑似病例有密切 接触史的返企员工要落实医学观察、隔离等措施,确保其隔离观 察 14 天并经体温检测正常、无其他不适症状后方可上岗。开展 “五病”查验,严禁“五病”人员上岗。从业人员严格控制活动空间, 不与小家庭以外人员聚会,不到人员密集处与外人接触。从业人 员上班时间规范配戴口罩、一次性手套、头套。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; &nbsp; 2.场所消毒到位。</span>对加工场所采用 84 消毒液、双氧水、次 氯酸钠等消毒剂按规定配置溶液,每日中晚各进行一次进行喷洒- 4 - 消毒,做好消毒记录,消毒人员应熟知 84、双氧水、次氯酸钠 等消毒剂与水配比率;使用标称喷雾量下,其雾滴体积中值直径 应大于 60um 的喷雾器,不采用雾化程度低的喷雾器。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; &nbsp; 4.经营防控到位。</span>严格落实线上下单,线下加工,无接触配 送。确保从厨房-备餐-打包-配送-用餐流程中,中间环节全程无 直接接触式污染,配送人员规范配戴口罩、一次性手套、头套;指派防控意识极强人员无接触式食品配送;餐食配送应封签。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(166, 91, 203); overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">5.进货查验到位。</span>禁止进购加工野生动物及其制品,严格落 实畜禽产品的索证索票,做好进货查验记录;疫情防控严管期间 引导慎购来至疫区生鲜蔬菜。原料按贮存条件分类分区存放,避 免交叉污染;冷藏冷冻食品符合相关温度要求;不使用腐烂变质、 超过保质期原料加工生产食品。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; &nbsp; 6.空气流通到位。</span>在确保“三防”到位的情况下,时刻保持食 品加工操作区域各处门窗开启,加大空气流通量,有效稀释加工 操作区域单位体积空气中病毒、细菌浓度至安全值以下。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(166, 91, 203); overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 7.堂食禁止到位。</span>所有复工复业餐饮单位一律采用外卖外送 式,禁止顾客在经营场所就餐。&nbsp;</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2.县城社会餐饮服务单位申请复业,营业面积在 500m2以下 的由新政市监所现场核实,将市场主体复工复业承诺书、食品经 营许可证(备案证)复印件、营业执照复印件、从业人员健康申 报证明(川内市外)和健康证复印件、外省员工摸排情况(已完- 6 - 成医学隔离证明)等备案资料汇总,于每日下午 17 时前交局餐 饮股。自主外卖的大型餐饮(营业面积 500m2 以上)、第三方 平台线下餐饮服务单位由餐饮股直接组织现场核查。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
