御锦华府为何没人管

远看金光闪闪，内看破破烂烂。保安无所事事，环境无人敢看，树上乱啦索线，草坪垃圾来见。物管收钱不管事，保安哪还像保安，没有专业工作服，天天聊天坐路边，就等每月把钱赚。
   

难道房地产就请不起保安了吗？
能不能请点中年专业人员？不要找些六七十岁的老大爷，他们还能干点什么？
