一个月非得上够22天班，如果遇到节假日或者31天的月份，你们怎么办

乡镇上班，我不说苦嘛，只是离家远点儿，年轻人，基层锻炼锻炼也是对的，周一到周五上班，周六回家陪陪老母亲，休息休息调整状态，但是出现了這样一个问题，有31天的月份，不算节假日的周末就有10天，按照正常周末休假，一个月正常上班时间就只有21天，出现這样的情况，朋友们，你们怎么办呢，还没说节假日哈！如图红色圈出来的正常休假时间，就少于22天了，怎么办了，无意间问了我们院长，院长说，只要你每个月上够22天班就不扣钱，多的算加班，少了肯定要扣钱撒，按指纹来数，是几天就是几天。（我们是按指纹上下班），我就疑问了，未必我还要每个月找个周末时间回来补班，才算每个月按时上够班了吗？这奇葩的事，朋友们，你们觉得怎么办？3月就刚刚休假8天，遇到一月31天的，节假日的怎么办？我们的钱被扣惨了，，，，
