   交通违法暴光台   明知故犯该 不该            没有规矩，不成方圆，有了规矩不守规矩，还有方圆吗?农商行门前是明令划定的警务通道，没停车位的不准停车，禁 停牌下，偏偏 有人熟视无睹，好象交通法规对他们不起作用，立 个牌子不管事，职能部门都干 什么去了?画饼充饥的事还是少干为好!
