大熊猫学院第一批学生来啦！大一“萌新”开启“野保”之旅

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">跨越3000多公里的新疆女孩谢伊丹·卡哈尔，9月11日和母亲从家乡来到南充。填志愿时她看到一句话——“与国宝亲密接触”，正是这句话，让她选择了西华师范大学这个全国第一个大熊猫学院的专业。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">来自成都的新生杨道博，对大熊猫专业“情有独钟”。“我填志愿时只填报了这一个专业，就是非大熊猫不读。”</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">来自广元的王蔓，则是全家总动员式的报到。一家5人，从广元来到南充报名。母亲王素清在现场更是直呼：孩子成功报考大熊猫学院，“我睡着都笑醒”。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2023年9月，大熊猫学院正式挂牌，由四川省林业和草原局（大熊猫国家公园四川省管理局）和西华师大合作共建，在学校生命科学学院基础上新设的二级学院，服务大熊猫国家公园，为以大熊猫为旗舰的生物多样性保护提供科研支持和人才支持。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">大熊猫学院首次招生生源集中在四川、山东、云南和新疆四个省（自治区），由于考生报名踊跃，特地在四川增加10个名额，四川录取的考生由原计划的18人增加到28人。最后共录取人数62人。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">9月11日至13日，是西华师范大学2024年秋季新生报到入学时间，大熊猫学院的第一批新生也陆续到校。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">西华师大生命科学学院院长、野生动物与自然保护区管理国家级一流专业建设点负责人廖文波介绍，大熊猫学院首批招生，是学校的传统优势专业——“野保”专业。是围绕以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设与发展、以大熊猫为旗舰的生物多样性保护与发展进行人才培养。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">据了解，“野保”专业是从2010年开始招生，该专业课程的设置，除依据国家标准开设的基础课程和核心课程外，还会开设一些关于大熊猫的特色课程。此外，学生还会到大熊猫国家公园、自然保护区、繁育基地、动物园等机构见习和实习，有机会更好地了解大熊猫。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">从拟定的课程表中，记者注意到，除了植物学、动物学、无脊椎动物学等专业基础课，生物学野外综合实习、野生动物标本制作技术、野生动物驯养繁育见习等特色课程，都是第一学年的学习重点。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">西华师范大学的野生大熊猫研究已经坚持整整50年，在全国高校中开展最早、持续时间最长，科研成果一项接一项，成就世界瞩目，先后走出了动物学家、大熊猫研究专家、四川省动物学科学术带头人胡锦矗，“熊猫院士”魏辅文等大熊猫专家，西华师大因此享有“熊猫大学”美誉。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">除了本科教育，学校还有生态学、植物学等一级硕士点。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">而关于大熊猫研究保护，关于生命和生态学，西华师范大学还将陆续“上新”和“迎新”。</span></p>
