绵阳：中药房添“智慧”脑！一站式服务，免费送药到村民家

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">当天上午，患病多年的王云芳独自搭车来到离家最近的三台富顺镇中心卫生院，找到中医科主任程玲问诊就医。程玲在电脑上给她开出处方后，信息直接上传到三台中医院的“智慧共享中药房”系统。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">王云芳不需要在医院等待煎药，只需留下准确地址、电话就可以回家等药“上门”。果不其然，下午3时，她在家中就收到了免费配送上门的袋装中药汤剂。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“在家门口就能看中医，熬好的药免费送到家，方便得很。”王云芳打开一袋温热的中药汤剂喝掉，感觉心里暖暖的。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">记者了解到，王云芳享受到的正是三台中医院“智慧共享中药房”为中医医联体协作平台成员单位提供的中药代配、代煎和物流配送服务。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">9月10日，记者走进三台中医院“智慧共享中药房”调配中心，一股中药香扑鼻而来。黄连、党参、金银花等中药材分类有序，几名医务人员正忙着对照处方单，调配中药饮片。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">药剂科主任丁龙介绍：“处方发送到我院中医医联体平台后，平台的前置审方系统会自动对‘十八反、十九畏’中药禁忌及用法用量等进行初审，通过后会发送到中药房进行人工复审，无误后再会发送到中药调剂系统进行调配。”</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">跟随丁龙的步伐，记者在“智慧共享中药房”配方煎药智能管理系统看到，调配中心工作人员将配好的代煎药品转入煎药中心进行浸泡，泡够规定时间后，开始煎熬。最后，工作人员扫码打包，药品进入配送环节。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">截至目前，三台中医院医联体协作平台已接入11家基层医疗机构，完成开方6651个，处方总剂数16385服，打通了“诊治—开方—审方—煎药—配送—入户”的快速通道。</p>
