铸牢共同体 中华一家亲丨甘孜泸定：传承红色文化 培育民族团结之花

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">泸定桥小学目前共设36个教学班，全校1780名学生，其中，藏、彝、羌等少数民族学生共869人；教职工111人，少数民族教师21人。作为四川省铸牢中华民族共同体意识主题教育实践活动试点学校，自建校以来，泸定桥小学始终以“红色文化+民族团结”为办学理念，坚持把民族团结进步教育常态化、特色化，使师生树立民族自尊心和自豪感，不断增强中华民族共同体意识。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“我是泸定桥小学的一名数学老师，从业26年来，我始终相信不仅要教授学生课堂知识，更要让学生成长为品行端正、团结友爱的人才。”泸定桥小学专职副书记李小燕，同时也是学校里的藏族数学老师，李老师用温柔亲切的“讲台腔”向记者介绍着自己的教育理念。在她任教的三年级四班，有藏、汉两个民族的学生。她补充：“长期从来，我们都非常注重日常教学中各民族学生们之间的交流交往，通过学校组织的一系列家校活动，促进学生、家长、家庭、社会的的良好交流与沟通。”</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">除了常态课程教育，学校因地制宜，基于校内多民族学生情况，充分利用音乐课开展学唱民族歌、学跳民族舞活动；积极举办经典诵读、爱国主义征文、文艺展演等各类比赛，进一步增强铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传的新活力，让学生从不同角度加深对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理解。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“我是彝族的，我在一个包容有爱的班级里学习，在我们班有白族、苗族、藏族、彝族同学，大家互相帮助、互相学习，尊重彼此的民族文化和风俗。”四年级五班的大队长秦嗣菡向记者分享了在课余时间与同学间的故事：“前段时间是我们彝族的火把节，我邀请了我最好的朋友包雨萱来我家做客。她是藏族的，来串门儿时她还带了糌粑和酥油茶过来，我也给她分享了我最喜欢的荞面馒头。”不仅限于节假日邀约，在周末，姑娘们还会一起去做手工艺，丰富课余时光。</span></p>
