联播观察丨原来，这些知名高校，都在四川有“家”

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">早在20世纪60年代，我国面临极其复杂的外部环境，中央提出以战备为中心的“三线建设”重大战略决策，决定把沿海沿边的大型工业企业、重要的科研单位和高等院校，迁到内地三线地区，以保存国家的经济和科技实力。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">不久后，清华大学在绵阳设立了分校，这也就是当地人经常提到的“651”或者“201”。在绵阳办学的10多年里，651的办学环境虽然艰苦，但在完成重大科研项目、培养优秀人才等方面却从没“掉链子”：我国的第一个激光测距仪、第一套数字通信系统等很多一流科研成果也都诞生于此。曾经的“651”，现在还有一个名字——西南科技大学。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">再来说说这所高校——唐山铁道学院。听起来是不是有点儿陌生？1962年起，这个曾有“东方康奈尔”之称的高校花了7年时间，一步步将校园从河北唐山“复制”到了四川峨眉山。到了四川之后，它还有一个大家熟悉的名字——西南交通大学。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">还有这所高校——成都电讯工程学院。1956年，它由交通大学（现上海交通大学、西安交通大学）、南京工学院、华南工学院的电讯工程相关专业合并而成。当时，这是新中国成立后的第一所无线电大学，为我国培养无线电专业人才做出了重要贡献。如今，它还有一个响当当的名字——电子科技大学。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">还有它，华东化工学院在自贡建立的西南分院。1965年，按照周恩来总理的批示，华东化工学院在自贡创建了西南分院，并从浙江大学、复旦大学等高校抽调科研骨干来支援。在当时，这所神秘的学府还属于保密单位，对外称652工程。它，就是四川轻化工大学。</p>
