内江隆昌：种好稻迎丰收 再生稻高产有秘诀

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">种植再生稻，是一种特殊的水稻种植模式，其核心在于利用水稻收割后稻桩上存活的休眠芽，通过施肥和培育，使其重新发苗、抽穗并成熟，从而实现“一季收两茬”的目标。这种模式，省去耕地、育苗、插秧等环节，提高了土地利用率和粮食产量。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“今年我们将深挖潜力，实现再生稻单产提升25公斤的目标，并力争在蓄留面积26万亩的基础上再增加0.2万余亩。”隆昌市农业农村局总农艺师邱生花对隆昌再生稻发展充满信心。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">隆昌市再生稻高产背后有何秘诀？它将带来哪些影响？记者对此进行了采访。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong>30多年的种植历史</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“蓄留再生稻是隆昌不少农户一直以来的习惯，隆昌种植再生稻已有30多年的历史。”邱生花介绍，隆昌浅丘地形带来充足的光照，为再生稻生长提供良好的条件。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">内江市农科院副院长、国家水稻产业技术体系内江综合试验站站长陈勇说，隆昌是川南再生稻次适宜区，常年水稻种植面积33万亩以上，其中再生稻蓄留面积约26万亩。近10年来，隆昌市再生稻种植面积和产量居全省前列。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong>技术示范到点到位</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">易春贵系云顶镇的农技员，农技推广工作他一干就是30多年。工作期间，他为当地村民带去接地气、有效果的多种农作物种植栽培技术，是村民心中的“全挂子”。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">云顶镇有24500亩水稻，再生稻就有20000亩。因此，再生稻成为易春贵重点讲解示范的内容。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">为了让农户更直观地了解再生稻，易春贵爬坡上坎、走村入户，面对面告诉村民种植要点，手把手做好栽种示范指导。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“要想再生稻收成好，选择高产优质且抗病虫害、抗倒伏的品种很重要。”易春贵经常提醒农户要选好种子。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">课堂在农户家里，教室在田间地头。易春贵总是不厌其烦地向农户强调再生稻规范化栽培，特别是行窝距、水肥管理等方面，并现场示范。密植也是不可忽视的环节。栽种水稻时，密度不能低于1万株，因为这是增加再生稻有效穗的前提和保障。另外，肥料要施足，要适时收割并高留稻桩。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">易春贵耐心讲解，农户认真对照操作，有了理论基础，加上实践的体会，不少农户对再生稻的生长特点和栽培技术逐渐熟知、掌握。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“经专家田间测产，云顶镇的再生稻亩产量200—400公斤，连续5年创再生稻次适宜区高产纪录。”易春贵说。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">易春贵的工作，折射出隆昌市落实再生稻栽培技术推广示范到点到位。像他一样活跃在田间地头的技术能手，隆昌有168名。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong>多种要素助力加持</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">除云顶镇外，隆昌市还重点打造了“中稻+再生稻”千亩展示片5个、百亩示范片2个、30亩以上高产示范点27个，全市再生稻面积增加；同时，对示范点位田块进行重点管理，定作物、定地块、定技术员，落实高产、关键技术指导，确保再生稻产量提升。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">方田村“中稻+再生稻”千亩展示片的试验田边，不同的水稻之间有一块牌子，上面写着“晶两优5438，育秧日期3月8日，栽插日期2024年4月13日；花优707，育秧日期3月8日，栽插日期2024年4月13日。”</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“在这片试验田里，我们试种了25个水稻品种，都是同一天育秧，同一天栽插，以便直观地判断各品种的优劣，为后期选种提供依据。”隆昌市农业农村局粮油股负责人魏林向记者介绍。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">目前，内江市农科院育成的多个优质水稻示范品种（比如甜香优115、内5优39），已在隆昌示范片区取得成效。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">选优品种与培育品种同样重要。隆昌市整合水稻绿色高产高效行动、中稻再生稻产业集群、创建国家农业产业示范园区良种推广等项目，采购优质水稻品种44.84吨，发放给各镇（街道）农户种植。在全市大力推广栽种“稻香杯”优质稻内6优103等优质稻品种。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">隆昌市还整合中稻再生稻产业集群、水稻绿色高效高产及相关涉农项目资金2800万元，统一采购优质水稻品种，保障肥料要素，不断完善示范区小型农田水利设施等基础设施，给予再生稻生产扶持。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong>“捡”来的钱</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">云顶镇方田村的郑昌绿今年种了4亩水稻，8月初收割后，全部蓄留再生稻。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“今年的再生稻长得还可以，发苗数多、芽头整齐，期待10月份有个好收成。”郑昌绿表示，预计再生稻亩产量300公斤，按往年的市场行情估算，可增收4000多元。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">在胡家镇黄金村1组种粮大户何才芬眼里，再生稻就是“捡”来的钱。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">2016年，何才芬和老公从西藏回到家乡隆昌种植水稻。“今年我们蓄留了70多亩再生稻。”采访中，何才芬表示种植再生稻省人工省时间，收益还不错。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">目前，隆昌中稻收割已全部完成。据测算，可蓄留再生稻面积达26.21万亩，预计可实现农民人均增收500元。</p>
