<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">李江所说的变电设施就是指当地35千伏天台变电站，直接承担了片区两万多用户的用电负荷，为了缓解负荷压力，国网自贡供电公司启动中压发电车“保电”机制，对迅速攀升的用电负荷进行“分流”。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">从8月24日中午开始，这台中压发电车就根据负荷峰值调整并网时间，每天约发电7个小时，有效缓解了用电高峰时段的电网供电压力。</span></p>
