四川26地入围全国500强！《中国县域新型工业化指数研究报告（2024）》首次发布
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">川观新闻记者 张红霞</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">9月2日，赛迪工业和信息化研究院（集团）四川有限公司（简称“赛迪四川”）发布《中国县域新型工业化指数研究报告（2024）》。在县域新型工业化综合实力全国500强中，四川共上榜26个县（市、区），其中6个市辖区上榜全国100强。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">据了解，该指数建立在政务数据基础之上，引入和运用大数据指标、模型和技术，是全国首个全面系统地评估和反映我国县域新型工业化推进情况的综合评价指数，填补了全国县域新型工业化量化评价研究的空白。县域新型工业化综合实力全国500强是综合指数得分位列全国前500的县（市、区、旗），是我国县域新型工业化发展的排头兵和先行者。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">四川上榜的26个县（市、区）分布在10个地级行政区划单位，分别是成都市（上榜全国100强4个、上榜全国500强15个）、绵阳市（上榜全国100强1个、上榜全国500强2个）、德阳市（上榜全国500强2个）、宜宾市（上榜全国100强1个、上榜全国500强1个）、达州市（上榜全国500强1个）、凉山彝族自治州（上榜全国500强1个）、泸州市（上榜全国500强1个）、眉山市（上榜全国500强1个）、攀枝花市（上榜全国500强1个）、遂宁市（上榜全国500强1个）。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">该指数研究对象涵盖全国（不含直辖市、香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾地区）除1个特区、1个林区和4个数据缺失县（市、区）以外的2752个县级行政区划单位（包含902个市辖区、395个县级市、1290个县、113个自治县、49个旗、3个自治旗）。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">该指数以更加科学、客观、合理、全面地评价县域新型工业化推进水平为导向，从创新驱动、“四化”发展、开放协调和优质高效四大维度进行综合评价指标体系构建，每一维度都由相应的二级指标、三级指标构成，指数评价体系共包含4个一级指标、12个二级指标和39个三级指标。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">从县域新型工业化指数总体表现情况来看，纳入研究的全国2752个县级行政区划单位中，共有1142个县（市、区、旗）的指数值超过全国平均水平（100分），占全国县（市、区、旗）总数的比例为41.5%。同时，伴随县（市、区、旗）梯度排名的下降，各梯度指数均值呈递减趋势且降幅差距在缩小。从县域新型工业化综合实力全国500强在县（市、旗）和市辖区的类型分布情况来看，市辖区入围数量为322个，占比超过3/5；在全国100强中，市辖区数量为70个，表明市辖区新型工业化整体发展水平大幅领先县（市、旗）。</span></p>
