甘孜州白玉县：一家农民合作社 一条家门口的“务工致富路”

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">记者在章都乡产业种基地看到，金灿灿的菊花地和黑油油的木耳构成了一幅美轮美奂的乡村产业振兴图，从最开始的锄地、播种、盖膜、浇水到如今的采摘、晾晒，章都乡每一户群众都参与其中。“在这里种植木耳和菊花，大家就不用出远门务工了，如今正值秋收，大家在家门口务工，自家的秋收也不用担心了。”产业种植基地负责人如是说。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">她叫泽仁巴珍，是一名在校大学生。“现在正值暑假，我和爸爸妈妈到乡里的产业种植地采摘和晾晒菊花，以前放暑假回来，爸爸妈妈都不在家里面，每次都要等他们务工结束才能见上一面，现在不一样了，爸爸妈妈可以在家门口务工，我们随时都能见面，我也可以打工挣些生活费。”泽仁巴珍脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">据章都乡党委书记王洪勇介绍：“2023年，章都乡党委政府指导各村整合6个脱贫村的产业扶持金87.8万元，发动群众自筹资金65.75万元，成立秋雍农民专业合作联合社。合作社从成立之初的积分超市，发展到现如今集餐饮、娱乐、购物、住宿、农副产品销售为一体的农商文旅融合的特色消费场景。今年以来，秋雍农民专业合作联合社在县委县政府的大力支持下，追加投资涉农资金100万元，用于优化提升合作社木耳基地的基础设施配置及扩规增产，如今已收获干木耳2000余斤，木耳效益超过40万元。同时，通过玫瑰种植、雪菊种植、雪菊采摘、木耳采摘等形式。解决2000余人次的务工问题，为章都乡群众发放劳务工资60余万元。通过劳务聘用形式解决运营人才及管理人才等长期稳定用工10人，发放劳务工资16万余元。秋雍农民专业联合合作社截至目前，超市、餐饮、及木耳基地的收益已达66万余元。”</span></p>
