<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2em;">2024年8月27日，阿坝州黑水县木苏镇徐古村，黑水县林业和草原局林业工作人员采用修建挡坝的方式，保护一棵成长在绝壁上树龄超150余年的珍稀皂角树，通过新建的边坡石坝重新填充泥土，使皂角树根部得到巩固。在海拔2800多米的龙坝乡西苏村，县林业和草原局林业工作人员正对一棵树龄超过100年遭受严重病虫害栓翅卫矛树喷洒杀虫剂、修剪枯枝。2024年6月，这棵栓翅卫矛树在调查中发现遭受严重病虫害，需要通过喷洒杀虫剂治疗。</span><br></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">黑水县现有古树70棵，其中包括一级古树9棵、二级古树11棵、三级古树50棵，绝大部分古树生长在高海拔的悬崖峭壁上，为了保护这些珍稀的古树名木，黑水县林业和草原局组织专业技术人员对古树的生态环境进行现场调查，按照“一树一策，精准保护”的原则，制定了古树名木保护实施方案，落实“林长制+古树名木保护”责任监督机制，对重点古树名木加大巡查监测，并实时开展应急保护作业。</span></p>
