<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">让我们稍作回顾，在第二届公园城市论坛上，首次发布了《公园城市指数（框架体系）》，从15个方面为公园城市建设提供了“度量标尺”；在第三届论坛上，发布了《公园城市指数2022》，在标尺基础上，又遴选出技术上可量化、老百姓可感知的45个特色指标；在本届论坛上，又发布了《中国公园城市指数2023》，依靠这45个指标，全面评估了全国337个地级以上行政区，为各城市间开放互鉴提供支撑。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">作为公园城市首提地，四川天府新区一直肩负着先行先试的排头兵使命，在前几届论坛上，新区先后发布了《鹿溪智谷公园社区规划建设》《兴隆湖生态系统修复创新实践》《校园建筑空间营造创新实践》等多个小区域实践成果，今年恰逢新区成立十周年，新区直接捧出了一本书——《天府新区城市规划管理创新实践》，6大篇章21个章节，满满诚意，累累硕果。</p>
