<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8月24日，东坡区富牛镇曾庙村，目之所及皆是黄绿，一畦畦稻浪翻滚着，田间传出收割机“突突突”劳作的声音。早上8点半，村党委书记、村主任张华明早早来到五里冲（小地名），眼里充满期待。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“去年年底，我们村首批新建的520亩高标准农田开始改造，这是改造之后首次收获，很想知道‘成绩’如何。”张华明说。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">首批新建的520亩高标准农田一部分就在五里冲，改造前，这里道路崎岖、土地不平，还有部分是荒废的鱼塘。为了防止撂荒，在农业农村部门实地考察，征求当地居民意见后，曾庙村在去年年底开始进行高标准农田改造。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">平整土地、改良田型、培肥地力，再配套建设农田水利基础设施和田间道路等，改造后的农田不仅集中连片、能排能灌，还宜机作业、高产高效，随即引来两家业主开展规模化种植。至今，曾庙村已改造高标准农田520亩，今年还将改造500亩。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“我在眉山承包了近两千亩土地，首选就是高标准农田。”业主之一，四川省原野禾嘉生态农业发展有限公司负责人秦嫡点赞高标准农田改造。“高标准农田基础设施齐全，土地质量高，种植产量质量有保证，机械化作业也十分方便。”今年，她承包的曾庙村200亩高标准农田，亩产可在750公斤以上。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">张华明也表示：“曾庙村靠近城区，许多壮年劳动力都到城里务工了，留下来老人居多，撂荒地也多。进行高标准农田改造后，有业主来承包土地，村民们能收租金，还能在田里劳作挣钱，一下多了两份收入。”</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">伴随着收割机马力全开的嗡鸣声，一块块稻田很快完成收割。为进一步提高收割效率，当地农业部门积极推广机械化作业方式，组织协调本地农业合作社机械和外省跨地区作业收割机开展社会化服务，对成熟水稻进行收割。这一举措使得收割一亩地的时间从以前的“3个人干一天”缩短至现在的一个小时左右，大大节省了人力和物力资源。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">战高温、收稻忙。据悉，富牛镇已改造高标准农田约1万亩，水稻种植区域在8月下旬已陆续开镰收割。当地还将持续做好粮食生产安全保障，支持和培育种粮大户、土地合作社等新型经营主体，不断提高农业机械化水平和社会化服务水平，进一步健全高标准农田建后管护机制，筑牢粮食安全根基。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8月26日一大早，位于丹棱县仁美镇的2000余亩示范基地开始了首次稻谷收割。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“这一片30亩水稻跟其他的品种不一样，要稍微早熟一点，剩下的大面积水稻会在9月初收割。”据该基地负责人黎可学介绍，当天收获了约4万斤稻谷，整个基地今年水稻产量可达到1200吨。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">该示范基地是安溪河流域粮油现代农业产业园的重要组成部分，是丹棱县建设新时代更高水平“天府粮仓”示范片的一张名片，其基础设施条件、管理模式和产出效益都处于丹棱县第一方阵。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">不仅是仁美镇，位于安溪河更上游的张场镇也是丹棱县产粮重镇。8月27日上午，张场镇大田坎村、金峡村的680亩高标准农田里热闹了起来。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“今天开始我们先收割成熟的300亩水稻，9月3日后再收割剩下的380亩。”当地种粮大户方聪是这一片稻田的业主，他穿梭在一块块方块状的稻田里，指挥着4台收割机作业。在马达轰鸣声中，一株株水稻瞬间完成稻穗脱粒和秸秆粉碎等工作，黄灿灿的稻谷源源不断送入早已在田边等候的卡车里。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">方聪告诉记者，他所承包的高标准农田全程接受市、县农业部门指导，严格落实生态种植要求，全力做到“零农残”。虽然在产量上有所损失，但因为品质有保障，加之国家有相关补贴，他的收入不降反升。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“我们生产的稻谷经过几年的市场检验，口碑早已传开，根本不愁销路，往往能以高出市场价的价格提前预售。你看正在收割的这300亩稻田，还没成熟就被眉山的一家企业订购一空。”记者在收割现场看到，前来运送稻谷的卡车排满了田埂，这对于方聪这样的种粮大户来说又是一个丰收年。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">烘干仓储是粮食收获后的重要环节。自本月中旬以来，青神县近10万亩水稻迎来收割高峰，位于青竹街道兰沟村9组的青惠现代农业粮食烘储中心正在有序进行水稻烘干作业。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8月27日，记者走进该粮食烘储中心，只见5个高约13.5米的烘干塔整齐排列，正在进行稻谷烘干作业，现场配置了提升机、除杂机、输送设备等一系列辅助设备设施。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“目前我们的烘干设备采用先进设计。水稻在烘干过程中损伤较小，进一步提高了水稻的完整性。现在一期烘干量达到日处理量150吨，二期我们计划再增加5台烘干设备，明年有望投入生产，能满足2万亩水稻烘干储藏的要求。”青惠现代农业总经理周杨介绍。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">据悉，青惠现代农业粮食烘储中心占地面积15亩，于今年8月正式投入使用，是青神县乃至周边区县重要的粮食烘干基地，可烘干稻谷、玉米、小麦、油菜等，极大地提高了粮食晾晒的效率和品质，有效解决了传统晾晒方式场地受限、阴雨导致霉变和发芽等问题，为农户带来了实实在在的效益。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">该粮食烘储中心的投入使用，标志着青神县粮食加工以及储备行业整体水平迈上了新台阶，为推进青神县农业产业现代化打下坚实基础，助力打造更高水平的“天府粮仓”。</span></p>
