资阳雁江：社区食堂、快邮驿站、日杂社 在这个社区综合体打卡“家门口”的幸福

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">走进水巷子食堂，映入眼帘的是宽敞整洁的餐厅，还有公开、透明的厨房，食客用餐的同时还可以看见后厨的所有操作。食堂的墙上张贴着每周食谱，价目表也摆放在醒目的位置，杂酱面6元一份，一荤一素一汤10元一餐，两荤一素一汤12元一餐……其中，60岁以上老年人、残疾人、低保户等困难群众每日午餐可享受3元/人的政府补贴，下午还提供盖碗茶服务。 </span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">桂花井社区居民罗德元今年66岁了，平时家里就他和88岁的母亲一起生活。母亲双目失明，腿脚也不方便，平时他需要一边照顾母亲，一边准备两个人的餐食，非常不方便。听说社区食堂今天开业，他第一时间推着母亲前来就餐。 </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">“社区里面开了个食堂，感觉很方便，对我们老年人还有优惠，当然是要来试一下。”罗德元告诉记者，今天带着母亲来尝一下味道，如果可以的话以后打算每天都来。 </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">桂花井社区居民陈静家里有一个7岁和一个11岁的小朋友，平时两个小朋友去上培训班，光是负责接送就要花掉半天时间，根本没有时间煮饭，以往这种情况都只能去外面的餐馆对付一餐。 </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">“我是不怎么愿意在外面吃饭的，一是价格比较贵，还有就是不一定卫生。”陈静说，听说社区开了个食堂，环境还可以，食材也比较新鲜，她就带着孩子来体验一下，希望以后这里可以成为家里人的固定食堂。 </span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">记者了解到，当天不仅是水巷子社区食堂“开张”，也是资溪街道依托水巷子街区，将幸福雁江综合体项目落地在桂花井社区的日子。为服务一老一小，推动民生服务事项重心下移，该项目在桂花井社区打造“社区食堂、快邮驿站、日杂社”3种业态，丰富“15分钟便民生活圈”。 </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">桂花井社区党委书记江成玉向记者介绍，从2020年启动老旧小区和背街小巷改造以来，水巷子围绕“清风桂香，宜居水巷”的街区文化理念，打造成了一条凝聚乡愁与文化的民生巷，实现了老旧小区的“美丽蜕变”。如今，幸福雁江综合体的落地，更是进一步提升基层治理水平，通过便民、利民、惠民、亲民的服务，托起群众“稳稳的幸福”。 </span></p>
