<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">2022年，美青化工公司投资100余万元，建成双重预防机制信息化系统，包含安全风险分级管理及隐患排查、特殊作业管理、设备管理、人员资质管理、教育培训等模块，可根据安全风险分析结果实现分级管理，将安全责任落实到最小生产单元，公司制定一线岗位员工、各职能部门管理人员、操作负责人、技术负责人、主要负责人等层级不同的隐患排查任务，实现安全风险的分级管理和全员参与的隐患排查治理，为巡检人员设置68条巡检线路、149个巡检点位，助力巡检人员定时定点“照单”巡检。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">“我们在有限空间的点位处布置安防摄像头，无关人员闯入会发出声光告警，通过技防和人防相结合方式，解决随意进出有限空间的问题。”中国电信股份有限公司遂宁分公司产品总监夏杰介绍，在有限空间作业前，作业人员可以发起线上申请、审查作业设备设施等，整个作业过程可全流程电子化记录，实现对有限空间作业可管、可控、可追溯的全流程闭环管理。</p>
