<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">该产业园内，远东铜箔、远东电缆两家企业的生产线正加紧运转。作为首个入驻南溪的动力电池配套项目，远东股份宜宾智能产业园成为南溪区紧扣宜宾市“一蓝一绿”产业战略布局，构筑全市“1+N”动力电池绿色闭环全产业链生态圈的重要一环。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">南溪酒业坚持“质酿”和“智酿”双提升目标，积极推进智能化酿造，与高校和科研机构合作，拥有专利35项。“企业借助现代化技术、装备、理念，大胆进行生产模式创新，将传统生产模式中不可量化、却又口口相传的老师傅的经验显性化，形成可量化、可掌握的工艺参数，一举改变了落后的生产场景。”南溪酒业副总经理刘怀臣介绍，因为机器代替人工，生产效率提高80%以上、能耗降低50%以上、成本降低30%以上。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">智能化运转对生产效能的提升不言而喻，在宜宾德康食品有限公司生猪屠宰车间，经过28道工序，一头生猪就成为了走向市场的产品。“公司拥有全球领先的生产加工工艺技术和先进的设备，屠宰、分割采用全套进口设备，实现信息化、自动化、智能化生产。”宜宾德康食品有限公司副总经理潘远征说。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">当前，德康正发挥“龙头”作用，促进生猪产业“一体化”，形成“上下游链条全面打通、一二三产业深度融合”的发展格局。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">在南溪，从远东股份宜宾智能产业园投产运行、宜宾职业技术学院新校落成，到南溪酒业、德康食品等企业的创新引领，以及南溪区教育产业园（西区）、宜宾工业职业技术学院等项目的有序建设，无不折射出“人产城”融合发展的有力铿锵。2023年，南溪区实现地区生产总值240亿元，排名全市第3，增长7.5%；第一产业增加值增长4.3%；规上工业增加值增长13.5%，其中，第一产业增加值、规上工业增加值等多项指标增速高于全市平均水平。</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; text-indent: 0em;">作为本次活动的起跑点，南溪欢乐田园是该区城乡融合的“新样板”。这个拥有川南最大摩天轮、主题彩灯秀等多个项目的景区于今年3月开园，破除城乡二元结构，把南溪区的长江第一湾等景区缀珠成链，让市民游客充分感受长江生态之美。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">在南溪长江边，位于漂海楼两侧的滨江生态公园是该区首个集生态、体育健身为一体的竹文化公园，不仅可以观江赏景，还为市民提供了休闲娱乐、锻炼身体的好去处。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">今年春节前夕，南溪东门连接线通车，连接九龙园区、东至裴石的出行通道更加多元。紧随东门连接线通车开工建设的东门公园，因其面朝长江回旋河道的磅礴大气、景点雅致且生机盎然，成为南溪人民又一网红打卡地。“我在南溪生活几十年了，完全想不到东门可以打造成那么漂亮的公园。”南溪市民陈女士高兴地说。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">去年9月，宜宾职业技术学院整体搬迁至南溪，人才培养能力和服务地方发展能力显著增强，2024届毕业生就业已签约率与去年同期相比提升约15个百分点。学校计划与南溪区共建白酒实训基地，为南溪酒产业提供人才支撑。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">凤凰大道以西，产城大道东向起点，南溪区教育产业园（西区）项目与宜宾市第五人民医院滨江院区项目建设正酣。教育产业园（西区）项目预计今年9月建成投用，将成为推动地区教育事业发展的重要引擎，汇聚优质教育资源，为培养更多优秀人才奠定坚实基础，而宜宾市第五人民医院滨江院区项目预计明年10月建成投用，将进一步提升区域医疗服务水平，优化医疗资源配置，为市民提供更加便捷、高效的医疗服务。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2em;">为了吸引人才、招揽人才，加速发展，南溪区在宜宾各区县率先成立区人力资源集团，新建人才公寓，2023年推出“人才兴区政策18条”，把最高的礼遇给予人才。近年来，南溪区兑现各类政策性人才补贴逾500万元，协调解决人才创业贷款1175万元，发放“南溪人才绿卡”120张，细化完善购房补贴等实施细则14项，妥善解决了宜职院教师住房保障、配偶就业和子女入学等问题，取得了显著成效。</span></p>
