秒提“健康药方”！看绵阳这个AI中医如何在线“把脉”

<p style="text-indent: 2em;">“这几天背上长了好多泡，又痒又痛，十分难受，去药店拿了一周的药吃，也不见好转。医生快帮我看看。”当日，在试点区域游仙新桥中心卫生院中医科，56岁的患者杨玉英（化名）找到主治医师邱伟就医。邱医生在询问其临床症状、把脉后，在基层公卫系统查询其历史病历后，运用中医AI辅助诊疗系统，为其提供诊疗。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 15px; margin-top: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">在该系统中，邱医生输入患者症状，AI系统很快给出了多种高度相似的病名、症状及多名中医大家的处方经验及用药。根据患者的症状和历史病例，邱医生判断杨玉英患上的是由湿热引发的“蛇串疮”。根据AI推荐用药结合患者病情，为其开了4服中药。包括：牡丹皮、金银花、连翘、紫花地丁、滑石等。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 15px; margin-top: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">邱伟医生所使用的中医AI辅助诊疗系统，拥有庞大的中医知识体系。通过深度学习和大数据分析，整合了全国众多著名中医的处方、思维和经验，为患者所用。医生在诊疗过程中，可根据系统提示，逐步分析病情，确定症候，参考名医处方，并结合患者历史病历最终生成个性化的治疗方案</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 15px; margin-top: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">为了让基层患者也能享受到名中医的诊疗服务，绵阳市卫健委与游仙区卫健局积极探索，以人工智能技术实现名中医的经验、思维和方法为基层中医赋能，试点引进了全国领先、最新研发的中医AI辅诊系统，并在全省率先在基层医疗机构部署使用。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 15px; margin-top: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">记者了解到，目前，该系统在游仙区妇幼保健院、新桥中心卫生院、忠兴中心卫生院试点，将于今年年底前实现在游仙区医疗机构部署应用全覆盖。下一步，绵阳还将积极探索人工智能技术在影像诊断，慢病管理等领域的深度应用，让现代科技造福更多基层患者。</p>
