<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">6月17日，2024年“文化和自然遗产日”川渝非遗宣传展示主会场活动暨巴蜀非遗品牌大会在四川广安举行，众多非遗项目“华丽亮相”。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">渠江船工号子的粗犷豪放、华蓥山“滑竿抬幺妹”的趣味盎然、武胜剪纸的精巧灵动、岳池清音的婉约清新……一百多项非遗代表性项目，展示了一个生机盎然的广安，也展示了当地“亮山亮水亮文化”、不断提升非遗系统性保护水平，深度融入巴蜀文化旅游走廊建设的决心和取得的成效。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>生活即传承 非遗“火”起来</strong></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">巴蜀文化的交融发展，形成了广安独特的城市气质，也孕育了包含传统舞蹈、传统戏剧、传统体育游艺与杂技等十大类共182项非遗代表性项目。可贵的是，广安的非遗不仅是展示展演的技艺，还是生动鲜活的切片，是可见、可参与的生活。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">岳池米粉、武胜麻哥面、邓家盐皮蛋等蕴含了非遗技艺的美食是广安人餐桌上的日常美味，武胜剪纸、长五川工木雕、邻水烙画等在生活中随处可见；邻水县把非遗宣传车开进高滩镇，通过非遗展演展示，让老百姓进一步感受金钱板、四川竹琴、四川清音等非遗的独特魅力；邻水烙画、宕渠双竹连响的传承人常态化在镇、村开展传习活动，近三年来惠及群众3万余人；广安市前锋思源实验小学校课后服务和大课间的重要内容之一就是学习宕渠双竹连响；手掌木偶戏表演走进广安区北仓路小学；广安职业技术学院建立武胜竹丝画（绣）帘、云童舞工作室……</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">见人见物见生活，承袭着中华优秀传统文化的非遗构筑起生机盎然的广安，也丰厚着市民的美好生活。人们在发现、触摸、体验独特的广安本土文化魅力的过程中，回望历史，感知山川魅力，厚植文化自信。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">近年来，广安出台《广安市级非物质文化遗产代表性传承人认定与管理办法》，建立完整的四级非遗项目和代表性传承人名录体系，新发现非遗项目40余项、抢救性调查记录42项，非遗项目遍布各县（市、区）。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>创新跨界 非遗“潮”起来</strong></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">今年5月17日晚，广安非遗夜市在思源广场开市。夜市上，邓家盐皮蛋、高氏糖画、武胜剪纸、竹丝画帘、邻水烙画等吸引着观众们的眼球；在夜市一旁的“非遗在身边
百姓大舞台”非遗展演上，来自广安区的《拷红》、前锋区的《双竹连响》、岳池县的《渠江号子》、华蓥市的《华蓥山下嫁歌飞》等节目陆续上演，热闹非凡。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">非遗“混搭”夜经济，是广安创新非遗消费场景的一项探索。如今，广安以越来越多“非遗＋”的创新呈现，推动非遗焕发出历久弥新的生命力。“非遗＋互联网”，广安接连推出“非遗过大年”等线上展播展销活动，浏览量超500万人次，吸引近100家店铺常驻参与；“非遗＋节会”，举办“非遗购物节”“百姓大舞台”“文化进万家”“非遗三进”等活动；“非遗＋新业态”，以岳池曲剧、岳池灯戏等非遗项目为载体，推出非遗研学旅游线路2条，新建曲艺学校、曲艺传承中心5个，培育曲艺茶苑、曲艺听书、曲艺戏台等业态10个；“非遗＋文创”，以宕渠双竹连响、桂兴唢呐等前锋非遗项目以及华蓥山红色文化作为元素进行文创产品开发，制作丝巾、立体插画、书灯、拼图等10种类型文创产品……</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">同时，广安还以非遗工坊的方式，探索非遗发展新路径。目前，广安共创建非遗工坊十余家，这些非遗工坊采取加工制造、现场体验等形式，吸引游客参与。“岳池特曲非遗工坊”探索“工坊+研学”模式，将生产车间建设成研学基地，累计接待研学学生近1万人次，被评为2023年四川省优秀非遗工坊。武胜县永寿寺豆干非遗工坊开发产品20余种，年销售额达400余万元。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>融合拓展 非遗“亮”起来</strong></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">向下扎根，向上开花，广安的非遗一步步走向更大的平台，不断迎来“高光时刻”。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">5月23日至26日，第六届中国西部国际投资贸易洽谈会在重庆国际博览中心举行，广安馆里，80余种文创产品中不乏武胜剪纸、竹丝画帘等，展示出广安特有的地方文化和历史传承。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">非遗还融入了川渝文旅区域协同发展进程。广安组织“婚嫁歌”等非遗节目参加2023年钓鱼城旅游文化节、合川区钓鱼城“村晚”暨成渝群文精品节目展演。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">广安前锋区的宕渠双竹连响屡登国内外各大舞台，登上2019年央视春晚舞台；邻水川剧、岳池灯戏受邀参加深圳交流演出；武胜剪纸赴俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦交流展示；手掌木偶等10件作品参加四川文化遗产推介活动并亮相法国巴黎。在历年的广安红色马拉松赛场，广安的非遗元素十分亮眼，非遗舞蹈《双竹连响》《云童舞》，武胜剪纸、竹丝画帘等，让来自世界各地的参赛选手深度感受广安文化的魅力。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">将非遗“家底”转化为发展“新引擎”的探索也渐入佳境。岳池米粉制作技艺是四川省级非遗项目，岳池米粉是广安岳池县的一张城市名片。如今，岳池通过鼓励以岳池米粉为主题进行文艺创作，以“岳池米粉制作技艺”为切入点创作的岳池清音《米香粉香》登上央视综艺频道。同时，岳池米粉的价值空间得到拓展，岳池升级米粉一条街特色街区，打造米粉制作技艺工坊，开发磨浆、蒸皮等研学体验活动。今年1至4月，岳池米粉全产业链产值达到4713.3万元。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">在华蓥山旅游景区、岳池农家文化旅游园区等景区，“滑竿抬幺妹”体验、岳池婚俗体验等广受欢迎。前锋区打造“四方山康养旅游区宕渠双竹连响非遗体验基地”文旅融合项目，建设宕渠双竹连响非遗展示中心、非遗主题树屋民宿等配套基础设施，带动周边群众就业。</p>
