<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">6月4日，参加“万千气象看四川”二季度集中采访活动的中央驻川机构和省市主流媒体记者走进内江高新区。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">沿着汉渝大道南延线一路南行，十余分钟车程到达内江高新区白马园区，道路两旁，坐落着鳞次栉比的标准化厂房。在众多厂房中，两栋呈“X”型交错的建筑，风格别致，这便是园区中最为亮眼的一员——川渝新一代电子信息技术产业中试研发平台。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">走进川渝新一代电子信息技术产业中试研发平台一期，电磁屏蔽室、新一代电子信息共享实验室、EDA芯片研发测试共享实验室、智能制造及装备共享实验室等一应俱全。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“中试的目的，简单来说就是将实验室内已经研发成功的技术成果进行市场化的实验和验证，最终形成产品。”电子科技大学博士后武强正在带领团队，对“地面高精度导航高精度验证”项目进行中试。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">面对记者的好奇，武强解释，他带领的团队进行中试的项目可以做到将5G通信技术与北斗导航技术相结合，对地面实现“亚厘米”级监测，尤其是在地质灾害，比如滑坡灾害方面，有广阔的市场前景。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">2023年11月，川渝新一代电子信息技术产业中试研发平台第一期中试项目申报指南发布，向川渝高校征集科研项目6个，形成中试项目储备池。经过专家咨询委员会评选出3个合格的项目，并获得平台300余万元科研经费支持，武强团队的项目就是其中之一。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“项目研发和生产的全部周期，都得益于川渝两地的携手合作。”武强介绍，除了立项初期的共同考察评估，项目在中试的过程当中也融合了电子科技大学、重庆大学等高校的技术成果，项目完成之后，也会优先考虑川渝两地的投资，并且将产品首先应用于川渝地区。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">一个产品从实验室走向应用场，这段路程经常被产业界描述为“最后一公里”，但它也被认为是让大量科创企业折戟的“死亡之谷”。因此，中试平台被内江寄予厚望，打造根植内江、服务川渝、辐射全国的“中试熟化”平台标杆。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">作为中试研发平台运营维护者，四川研跃科技有限责任公司副总经理邹升旭介绍，平台目前已采购实验室设备360余台套，研发方向主要是电子元器件、集成电路、智能终端设备等电子信息产业领域所涉及的设计、制造、测试、新数字技术等。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">内江高新区科技局相关负责人说，川渝新一代电子信息技术产业中试研发平台是内江高新区实施“科技创新赋能产业发展”战略的重要载体，肩负了推动内江高新区打造百亿级电子信息产业园的重要使命。平台围绕电子信息产业所涉及的设计、制造、测试及新数字技术、工业互联网等领域，通过多学科融合、交叉，产生新的技术创新点，解决长期困扰科技企业从“成果到产品再到商品”转化的难题。</p>
