开梁高速全线通车 川渝间建成高速公路通道达16条

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">开梁高速（四川段）起于达州市开江县城东桥亭村附近，路线全长约30公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准，设计时速100公里/小时，全线设置开江东、甘棠、任市东3处互通式立交，任市1处服务区，开江东、甘棠、任市东3处收费站。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">作为成渝地区双城经济圈首批规划的5条高速之一，开梁高速的开通提升了沿线民众的行车便捷性和效率。“时间至少缩短了一半。”在重庆做生意的达州市民胡伟表示，过去从达州市开江县到重庆市梁平区差不多要2个小时的车程，现在只需要40分钟。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">对当地而言，将提升区域发展能级。达州市交通运输局副局长敬修权说，开梁高速辐射达州市开江县、达川区及重庆市梁平区20余个乡镇，辐射面积达2500平方公里，受益群众达150万人，建成通车后，将进一步加强达州与重庆的交流和联系，极大改善沿线地区交通环境、促进生态旅游业发展，助力推进川渝万达开地区统筹发展和建设“东出北上国际陆港枢纽”。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">值得一提的是，开梁高速是成渝地区双城经济圈建设启动以来川渝两地首次联合开工的省际高速公路。为此，如何保证该高速四川段、重庆段工程进度同步成为外界关注的重点。项目投资方——四川开梁高速公路有限责任公司董事长张合川表示，为力争四川段、重庆段同步建成、同步开通，双方定期组织召开碰头会，就建设进度、统筹方难点等问题进行交流。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">据了解，为推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设，打造川渝省际高速公路通道集群，川渝两地规划布局36条省际高速公路通道。随着开梁高速的全线通车，两地高速通道增至16条，此外还有6条正在建设中。四川省交通运输厅相关负责人表示，这对于改善区域出行条件、完善高速路网布局具有积极意义。</span></p>
