<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">同日，35岁的剑阁县下寺镇冠京村村民马发英也被一个好消息所振奋：因来自浙江市场的订单增多，她所务工的四川帮帮摊商贸有限公司决定扩大产能。“一边在车间做缝纫，一边去街面摆地摊”，来自困难家庭的马发英对未来的美好生活充满期待。</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">5月16日，位于四川青川经济开发区的西湖·青川东西部协作产业园一派繁忙，这边园区三期项目建设正如火如荼，那边早早入住的企业已开足马力进行了生产。园区还在建，企业便开工，这是深处川北腹地的青川县此前少见的情形。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">青川县矿产资源丰富，全县初步探明有储量矿32种100余处，是全省矿产资源优势县之一。但过去，由于缺乏载体和平台，当地的矿产资源精深加工产业长期处于空白状态。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">新一轮浙川对口工作开展以来，浙江方面积极为青川出谋划策、出资出力，一边建起了现代化的工业园区，一边帮忙引入不少头部矿产资源精深加工企业，让当地的资源实现了就地转化，由此做大做强了全县的矿产资源开发产业。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">“以前园区产值只有19个亿，现在的产值达到了30个亿，以前园区每年的税收不到5000万元，2023年园区的税收增加到了1.43亿元。多亏了浙江方面的帮助，才让我们园区的产业强起来。”谈及浙江的帮扶，四川青川经济开发区党工委副书记母伟竖起了大拇指。</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为破解农副产品精深加工难题，浙江投入资金和资源，帮助北川建起了集食品生产加工、食品商贸流通等于一体的综合性工业园区——浙川协作北川宏吉永盛特色食品医药产业园。目前，园区已吸引六家企业入驻，签约总投资额约10亿元……</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为了帮助更多的留守人员和困难群体实现就近灵活就业，新一轮浙川对口工作开展以来，浙江帮扶干部创新推出了“帮帮摊”项目。一方面公司依托浙江市场，在剑阁县街头巷尾建起了服装代加工车间，为当地留守妇女、困难人群提供灵活就业岗位，另一方面还发挥全产业链整合能力，为大家提供保姆式服务，让大家免费拿货退货，免费接受教育培训，实现免费摆摊创业。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">白天在车间工作每月可挣3000元，晚上摆摊摊月收入约有6000元，依托帮帮摊项目，马发英不仅能自力更生赚钱养家，还能灵活安排时间照顾家人，实现了家庭和工作的兼顾，事业与生活的平衡。</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为解决群众看病就医耗时长的问题，浙江帮扶干部支持北川县人民医院上线“诊间支付”功能，让病人在看病就诊时，便能在医生处刷卡缴费，此举将病人的就医时间从平均2小时压缩到了不到1小时。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为破解市域社会治理中的老难题，浙江帮扶干部帮助阆中市搭建起了社会治理信息化工作平台，助力当地社会治安形势实现了持续向好。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为了给留守儿童营造一个优良的学习生活环境，三年来，浙江方面先后投入资金400余万元，在宣汉全县建成留守儿童假日寄宿学校32所，为儿童提供生活照料、学习提升等“九大关爱”服务，惠及留守儿童1.3万余名……</span></p>
