春耕之后，一块田里的好“丰”景｜天府粮仓·一块田

<section><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">5月20日，小满。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">天空断断续续下着雨，种粮户陈燕红让大伙儿先去躲雨休息。她一个人站在雨中，看着眼前葱郁的川芎地，隐隐有点着急。眼看又一批秧苗噌噌长，她得抓紧时间，收完川芎后，平田、灌水、插秧，再种下今年的第二批水稻。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">这是她种田的第7年。在四川省眉山市东坡区太和镇，她和家人陆续承包的近500亩土地，是她每天往返于成都和眉山两地之间的事业。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">作为四川省优质水稻主产区之一，太和镇属于“天府粮仓”示范区核心样板区。在这个以农业为主的村庄里，春天的田野，就跟刚出生的孩子一样，几天不见就会是新的模样。立春之后，全镇的2.8万亩高标准农田，就在备耕育苗，移栽插秧中，点点浅绿逐次着色，绵延成片，在葱郁之间，酝酿着新一年的丰收。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">尽管陈燕红常说自己比不上承包地在千亩以上的种粮大户，但对于这份事业，她一直很用心，也敢尝试。她购买农机器具、挑选优稻品种、尝试机器育秧、稻田套种小龙虾……每个决定，她都会很坚定地执行到底。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">今年年初，她给自己定下每亩地增产5%的小目标。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我有信心，毕竟我们这一代种田人，早和以前不一样了。”在一个三代种田的家庭里长大，陈燕红觉得，她只有在田边时才最安心，“每天都只用想，怎么把田种好就行。”</p></section>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">今年3月中旬，陈燕红接到村里通知，按照规划，要在她承包田的旁边修出一条路。这条约300米长、2.5米宽的路，可以保障农机器具直接进入周边300多亩农田。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“这是我们高标准农田的建设内容。”曾成刚是太和镇人大副主席，分管农业工作的他在第一次实地踩点时就跟陈燕红细细解释过，修这条路不用农户掏一分钱，之所以选择在3月动工，也是在权衡之后。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“因为之前田里的蔬菜还没有收完，又必须要在4月水稻插秧前完工。”对于曾成刚而言，最大程度保证农时是最基本的前提。长远来看，随着全省全面启动的“天府良田”建设8年攻坚提质行动，整个太和镇的2.8万亩高标准农田都要在今年完成一次提标升级。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">首先，因为修路，原本育秧的地要重新找。同时，新修的路到田里还隔着一条半米宽的小沟渠，她觉得应该再加三根涵管，搭成桥，让农机能够直接开到田里。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">找到新的秧田并不难。在这个以农业为主的村庄，庄户人家传承的“耕读传家”就化在细细碎碎、相互帮衬的日常中。陈燕红的“农友”邹磊同样承包了近500亩地，几乎是第一时间，他就想到有那么3亩地正好符合秧苗田的要求，大方借给好友。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">相比之下，三根涵管就有点难。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">3月底，站在田边，施工方的相关负责人告诉陈燕红，路是路，桥是桥，沟是沟，他们只负责修路。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“只要3根。”指着沟渠，陈燕红手指比着3，有点急。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我只能说给你争取。”施工方的工作人员摆摆手。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我相信你。”陈燕红说道。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“你别相信我，别相信我。”施工方连连后退。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“那业主有这个需求，你们不做，难道让农机飞到田里吗？”为打通这农具到田的最后0.5米，曾成刚和同事又一次赶到田边。他指着沟渠给施工方两个建议，要不加涵管，要不搭水泥板，“总之，不能误了农时。”</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">当然，这肯定不是一家种植户面临的问题。曾成刚跟施工方强调，只要有需要，该加涵管的，该加工期的，都要加，“最终受益的是老百姓，他们正充分参与到工程建设和质量监督中。”</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">天气越来越热，田里经历着春分育苗，清明苗长，田边的路也在一点点完工。谷雨之前，4月17日，顺着新修好的水泥路，村里的放水员陈老五将电动车直接停到田边。他一脚踩进水渠，打开水管，从都江堰顺流而下的汩汩清水缓缓入田。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">这边灌水、平田、静置，那边新苗、新田、新路，春耕农时终没误。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">春耕开好局。于陈燕红而言，在增产5%的年度小目标下，有高标准农田提标升级中新增的路，更有自己计划的“一揽子”新尝试。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">春分那天，农家小院，一条育秧流水线被摆好。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">撒种、浇水、出盘……机械手臂抓起育秧盘整齐摆放在一旁，整个流程用时约20秒。4、5位工人一条流水线，每天能实现1300斤水稻种子的育苗工作。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">参与操作的村民觉得这样很好，不用在田里踩得全是泥。但陈燕红有点紧张，因为第一年尝试这样的育秧方式，所以她也会抽空去别家看看。对比之下，她总觉得自己没把握好浇水的分寸，有的育秧盘里水浇多了，她就担心不能出苗。为此，她每天都要去育秧盘那里看好几遍。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“有的小苗还没发出来的，也要移栽到秧田里。”4月21日，陈燕红开始移栽第一批水稻苗，一盘一盘在旱地依次排开。今年，她选择了更适宜本地种植条件的优质籼稻品种竹香莉丝(川种优3607)，那也是“永丰大米”的主要品种。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">尽管机器育秧由来已久，但依旧引来围观。例如，骑着摩托车经过的“00”后少年赵贤治。今年年初，他从成都回到村里，开始跟着父亲赵海洪学种田。同样是育秧，他们家用的是传统方式，这几天，小伙子就在泥里泡着。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我们种的面积不大，田块普遍狭小分散。”父亲赵海洪告诉他，传统的育秧方式，是选择土壤肥沃的湿润秧田作为育苗床，人工将种子点播在软盘上，这样可以较好地调节土壤水分，播种后出苗快，秧苗整齐。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“但机器育秧，可以保障秧苗密度均匀，出苗整齐，更好保证育秧质量。”陈燕红解释道。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">小赵自己琢磨了一下，恍然，“反正就是找到最适合自己的方式。”但他觉得，对比选择哪种方式，拥有选择的自由和从容才更重要。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">例如，现在在村里，除了农机合作社，还有农业社会化服务提供商。不止育秧，他们还能提供机耕、飞防、机收等全环节服务。毕竟，现在高标准农田能排能灌，不少种粮新农具、新农艺都可以派上用场。如果有什么农业方面的疑惑，随时都可以去找园区的专家团。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">学种田这小半年，这位年轻的新农人越发有兴致。他细细研究过每年的中央一号文件，还有各种助农政策，身边的种植户都是能够提供帮助的老师。不过非要说的话，他学农最初最大的“拦路虎”，是认不出自己家的田，“无人机洒药时，一看田都一样。”</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">尽管拥有着选择的自由，但陈燕红仍相信，机械化是现代农业的大趋势。一方面，现在村里劳动力已经呈现高龄化趋势，到了每年的用工高峰，人均一天160元的成本，成本高不说，偶尔还会找不到人手。另一方面，在她身边，下乡种田的年轻人越来越多，学历也越来越高。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">故事的一头，是出生于1998年的男生石金鑫，从日本茨城大学农学专业毕业后，小伙子回到家乡眉山。在找工作的间隙，他抱着“闲着也是闲着”的心态，帮母亲开了两个多月的出租车。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">故事的另一头，是他拉到的乘客李相德，一位在1997年选择回乡种田，被授予“全国种粮售粮大户”称号的老种田人。就在车程中，两人一拍即合，很快，石金鑫加入李相德成立的眉山市好味稻水稻专业合作社。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">类似的，还有28岁的女生张馨方，脱掉高跟鞋换上筒靴，她从一个“小白”开始学习，如今在德阳市中江县龙台镇管理着1000亩的土地。还有95后男生李富威，不仅是一个实实在在的种田人，更是眉山多个区县5000余亩农田的大管家。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">同属一个合作社，陈燕红觉得自己有那么点儿“承上启下”的意思在。李相德经历了没有机械化、全靠人力的传统农业，而年轻人们则是正探索着更加高效智能的种田手段。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我在这两者中间，学习吸收，然后不断尝试。”在陈燕红看来，现在除了日常管水、稻谷烘干、销售等环节需要自己亲历之外，类似插秧、洒药、施肥、机收等环节，都可以交给农业社会化服务组织。和她合作多年的一个服务组织，老板就是一个出生于1998年的小伙子，“他们家可厉害了，一家四口人，都围着田转，收入年年增加。”</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">当然，这也正是陈燕红的盼头，她算过，如果今年每亩田增产5%，收入就会增加约3.5万元，“每年都增产，收入越来越好，人越来越有劲儿。”</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">其实，越来越好的愿景，还可以更加宏大。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">今年，四川制定《“天府粮仓·百县千片”建设行动方案（2024—2026年）》，明确推动全省100个以上县（市、区）（以下简称县）建设1000个高标准、高水平、高质量集中连片粮油千亩高产片，带动全省粮食总产量每年增加5亿斤以上。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">太和镇也在这幅恢弘的画卷之中。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">5月23日，陈燕红的200多亩川芎已经收完，接下来就是平田、灌水，最迟在5月28日，她要完成今年第二批水稻的插秧。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">这是她预想中的最顺畅流程。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">抬头看，天空广阔，高架桥上高铁呼啸而过，桥下沃野平畴，一碧千里。不远处，“在新时代打造更高水平的‘天府粮仓’”标识静默矗立。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">——这也是包括陈燕红在内的种植户们心中，最好的未来。</p>
