padding: 2px; line-height: 0; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); border: 1px solid #3e3e3e;"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p style="white-space: normal;"> </p></section></section></section></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong>1、调整月最低工资标准建议。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;">将现行月最低工资标准拟由三个档次调整为二个档次，<span style="color: #1a53bc;"><strong>第一档调整为2330元、第二档调整为2200元。</strong></span></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong>2、调整非全日制用工小时最低工资标准建议。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;">对应月最低工资标准，将现行非全日制用工小时最低工资标准拟由三个档次调整为二个档次，<span style="color: #1a53bc;"><strong>第一档调整为23元、第二档调整为22元。</strong></span></p><p style="white-space: normal;">据了解，最低工资标准包含劳动者个人缴纳的“三险一金”（养老保险、失业保险、医疗保险和住房公积金）。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong>最低工资不包括下列各项：</strong>加班加点工资；中班、夜班、高温、低温、井下、有毒有害等特殊工作条件或者特殊工作环境下的津贴；法律、法规、规章、政策规定的非工资性劳动保险福利待遇；用人单位支付给劳动者的非货币性补贴。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">即使用人单位为劳动者提供食宿，支付给劳动者的工资也不得低于当地最低工资标准。</p></section></section></section><p style="white-space: normal;">四川省人力资源和社会保障厅还就四川省2024年企业工资指导线调整方案面向社会征求意见——</p><section><p style="white-space: normal;">根据理论测算情况，结合四川省城镇居民消费价格指数、人均可支配收入、地区年度经济增长率等指标变化情况，经综合平衡，<strong>四川省2024年企业货币工资增长基准线拟确定为6%，上线拟确定为9%，下线拟确定为3%。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;">以上两项调整，都关系到就业者的钱袋子。四川省人力资源和社会保障厅欢迎社会各界积极提出意见和建议。</p><p style="text-align: center;
