联播观察丨“公主”的一餐 就是这么朴实无华

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“公主”的一餐，首先食材很重要。众所周知，竹子是大熊猫的主要食物，可是也不是所有的竹子品种都能进入“公主”四海的“法眼”。在四川，大熊猫喜食的竹类多达32种，主要有巴山木竹、白夹竹、苦竹等。经过多年对比检测和观察，巴山木竹是圈养大熊猫取食竹种类中营养价值最高，最喜爱食用的竹类之一。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">生长在绵阳辖区海拔1300米及以上山区的巴山木竹数量较多，生长区域集中，含水量较高，受污染程度低，口感相对良好，营养最为丰富，且生长速度较快，因此成为了旅居海外10多个国家和地区大熊猫的首选“口粮”。当然也是咱们“公主”四海的最爱。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">优选了食材，食品安全也很重要。为了让四海吃上安全的“家乡饭”，不管是中东的“土豪”婆家卡塔尔，还是远在千里之外的娘家四川，都想了不少办法。这些竹子从大山深处采摘回来以后，会经过两次降温才打包，基本保持在5—6度后，工作人员才从库里取出清洗，摘掉烂叶、黄叶，剔除病虫害竹子，然后再放入保鲜库，等待海关检验出口。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">在寒气逼人的保鲜库里，我们就见到了这一幕，工作人员将准备好的新鲜竹子打包，打包时一层竹子一层冰，海关检验人员则认真查验是否有烂叶、虫子等。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">而对于挑剔的“公主”四海来说，食材还必须足够新鲜。这些竹子竹笋从出库到完成通关，时间必须严格控制在半天以内，然后搭上冷链车运送到成都双流国际机场，接着乘坐飞机，直达“公主”餐桌。这样的运输，每周都会进行一次，每次运送1200斤左右，保证四海的每一口，都有家乡的味道。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">今年以来，从绵阳海关经绿色通道出口的鲜竹、鲜竹笋就已经达到了14吨，所以说，旅居海外大熊猫的“口粮”不仅新鲜可口，质量上乘，还“管饱”哦。</p>
