“非遗+”有新花样！泸州这位老师带学生染“龙”

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">如今，在牛滩中心小学毓秀楼三楼，染坊变成了染房，手工教室成了扎染陈列室，35岁的美术老师余思思带着学生，以扎染工艺先后制作了近200条“龙”。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">雕刻板，各式各样的刻刀，堆积的白色棉布……学生们每周有两天时间，都会安静地坐在这里学习布艺扎染制作。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">教室四周的展柜上，陈列着不少龙元素的布艺作品：墙上展示着传统龙纹图案的挂画；桌子上摆着印着卡通类、传统国风类龙图案的绣绷，以及各种龙布偶、彩龙香包、龙绣布包……时下流行国潮元素，已融入在这青蓝色的花布之上。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">在机器印花或染布技艺早已成熟的时代，手工染布制图不是易事，余思思却仍在坚持，一双手也因此时常带着洗不干净的蓝色。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">那时候，她经常跟着奶奶去镇上的老染坊，看着奶奶洗布、搅拌染缸、染布，耳濡目染中就有了“偷学”的兴趣，时不时还会被奶奶念叨“学这些老套筒干啥，你要好好读书”。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">余思思说，她的父母是不会扎染的，因为父母年轻时已有各种花色的棉布、化纤布、牛仔布，对传统染布技艺反而缺乏兴趣。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">奶奶杨淑华的染布技艺是从爷爷余海洋那里学来的，爷爷的父亲是染匠，爷爷年轻时也是一名有经验的染工，5个孩子都靠他染布养活。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">余思思回忆说，染布的过程很繁琐也很费时，但当年爷爷奶奶只喜欢用自己染的布做衣服。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">奶奶染布，是用新鲜的板蓝根浸泡在缸里，通过逐次逐量加入石灰粉，不断用棍子捣打，直至缸中的液体呈现出亮蓝色，最后再用纱布滤掉沉淀物，才算制好了染液。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">这时的蓝色染液还不能用，还需要加入一定比例的白酒、碱粉和水，再静置2到3天才能成为最终的染液。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">老人家染布讲究“慢工细活”，新买的粗棉布泛着微黄色，要提前用水浸泡半小时以上，然后再放入染缸中10分钟，提起来再氧化10分钟。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">如果太心急，布浸泡不匀或是暴晒，都会导致染布失败。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">奶奶染一次布，只能得到十多米不花哨的纯色布，可制成衣裤2套，衣服的颜色也是“一水蓝”。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">时光如梭，随着牛滩老染坊的消失，多数当地人也忘记了曾经还有过这样的技艺。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“云南、贵州都有扎染，我们也有，为什么却很少有人去做呢？”2012年，长大后的余思思在网上看到扎染布艺后，萌生了一个想法：用老技法染一次布，看看自己能不能行。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">随着仔细回忆和一次次尝试，余思思对染布最原始的热情开始萌发。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">在阿坝师范院校就读美术教育课程时，余思思开始试着练习用纸雕刻出生肖龙的图案，有了较扎实的功底。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">毕业后，她回到牛滩镇中心小学担任美术教师，一开始自己在家练习染布，后来在该校校长刘玉权的提议下，把染布技艺带进了学校课堂。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">2021年，在几次实操刻画龙图案的练习后，余思思开始试着用蓝染工艺染制龙画：以泸县文广旅局提供的卡通龙形象图案作为蓝本，教导孩子们通过用复写纸将画作印在牛皮纸上；然后用刻刀雕刻出龙画的线条，再将制作好的刻板纸刷上桐油；刻板纸平铺在需要染制的棉布上，用黄豆粉、石灰粉调制的面糊平刮，填充好刻板图案的每一处空隙；最终在布上印出龙的图案，自然晾干后再用传统技法进行染制。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“今年是龙年，孩子们对龙的喜爱倍增。泸县是龙城，我们也以雨坛彩龙、龙脑桥等作为蓝本，制作了不少与龙有关的作品，送到泸县宋代石刻博物馆等地方进行展示。”余思思对本地扎染布有自己的看法，她认为泸州的染布工艺一开始其实并不花哨，以纯色为主，满足人们生活所需。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">但在此基础上扎染的花布线条比较柔和，以“清雅”为主，多见青色、蓝色，即便是最浓郁的“青”也并不显得厚重。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-word; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">“不妨大胆试想一下，如果在不久的将来，有机会能在本地新建一间老染坊，像泸州众多老酒坊一样，让更多外地的朋友、研学的学生来到染坊里，学习并体验染布技艺，把传统的技艺留下来并一代代传承下去，相信总有人能够在传统工艺的延续中，不断找到非凡的乐趣。”余思思说。</p>
