从绵阳发货！旅居卡塔尔的“滚滚”准备接“外卖”啦

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">在5℃-6℃的气调保鲜库（冻库）内，水雾弥漫，寒气逼人，记者在现场看到，厂区工作人员将准备好的新鲜竹子打包。包装箱底，加了一层加厚塑料薄膜，打包时一层竹子一层冰。而海关检验人员则认真查验是否有烂叶、虫子等。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“为了保鲜，我们从大山深处采摘后，会经过两次降温才打包。第一次是竹子采回后，立即送到保鲜库降温。保持足够新鲜最适宜的温度是5℃-6℃，在降到合适的温度后，工作人员又将其从库里取出清洗，摘掉烂叶、黄叶，剔除病虫害竹子。然后再放入保鲜库，等待海关检验出口。”田启刚说。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“为了让旅居国外的大熊猫能尽快吃上最新鲜、放心的‘家乡味’，绵阳海关对出口的鲜竹、鲜竹笋整个通关时限均严格控制在半天内，敲定了目前包装方式，这样的包装可确保维持盒内的湿度，保证7天内食物仍然新鲜。”绵阳威尔斯科技有限公司相关负责人介绍，同时，因担心运输过程中受不同因素影响，海关还及时指导优化“陆运+空运”物流运输路线，妥善处置航班临时取消等异常情况，保障竹笋按时离境。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">据了解，圈养大熊猫常用的食用竹种类主要有巴山木竹、白夹竹、苦竹等。经过多年对比检测和观察显示，巴山木竹是圈养大熊猫取食竹种类中营养价值最高、最喜爱食用的竹类之一。生长在绵阳辖区海拔1300米及以上山区的巴山木竹数量较多，其生长速度快、区域集中、含水量较高、受污染程度低、口感良好、营养最为丰富，是加拿大、德国等10余个国家和地区旅居大熊猫的“主粮”。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“为保证旅居国外大熊猫‘舌尖上的安全’，我们海关每季度定期对熊猫食用鲜竹、鲜竹笋产地开展长势和疫病疫情调查，指导相关企业科学选择采挖林地，从源头上保证大熊猫口粮安全和符合进口国植物检疫要求。2024年1月至今，绵阳海关经绿色通道出口的鲜竹、鲜竹笋共计14吨，包括卡塔尔、新加坡等国家和地区。”绵阳海关监督二科一级行政执法员石诚说。</p>
