眉山洪雅：交旅融合“蹚”新路 “绿美交通”景象新

line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">漫步村道，万亩茶园环绕，阵阵茶香扑面而来，从小小茶村到国家AAA级旅游景区，再到四川十大“最美茶乡”，青杠坪村声名鹊起的背后，除了景美、业兴外，还得益于交通的便捷。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">“依托良好的交通，这两年，村里又新开了几家民宿，漫步打卡、赏景品茶、茶园露营……旅游业态不断丰富，发展势头越来越足。”青杠坪村党总支书记王顺表示。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2021年5月建成通车的洪雅大峨眉国际旅游西环线，串联起柳江古镇、高庙古镇、七里坪旅游度假区等多个景区，成为四川省最美农村路；2023年4月建成通车的S308瓦屋山快速通道，是大峨眉交旅融合先行示范区的重点项目，也是全县“融城入圈”的重要通道，还是一条旅游观光大道；今年4月30日通车的七里坪连接线，是连接七里坪旅游度假区的旅游交通要道，对促进洪雅县“交通+旅游”融合发展具有重要意义。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">近年来，洪雅县通过实施交通项目，加快G351、S308、S429、S215等国省干线公路改造升级项目实施，与G93乐雅高速、S40广洪高速、大峨眉国际旅游西环线，构建起“七横三纵”干线公路网络，实现全县12个镇国省道全覆盖，AAA级以上景区通三级以上公路，所有建制村通硬化路，形成“快进慢游”的全域旅游交通网络。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">洪雅大地，纵横交错的交通网带动着沿线景区景点及上下游产业的融合发展，描绘出交旅融合的壮美画卷。“十三五”期间，洪雅县大胆探索“交通+生态”“交通+旅游”等模式，通过公路带动沿线产业开发、经济发展；“十四五”以来，洪雅县围绕四川加快构建“多元发展、多极支撑”的现代产业体系，加速“交通+”新业态新模式发展，推动交旅融合发展不断走向纵深。</span></p><section class="_135editor"><p style="text-align: center; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2023年1月，为加快推动交旅融合建设，省政府印发了《大峨眉交旅融合先行示范区建设方案》。其中，洪雅县被纳入《方案》，包括高速公路、省道、美丽乡村路和服务设施4大板块，共26个项目，总里程约300公里。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">今年4月，全省普通公路旅游化改造启动会在洪雅县召开，洪雅县普通公路旅游化改造行动顺利推进。该县交通运输局相关人员介绍，今年，全县计划启动大峨眉国际旅游西环线、瓦屋山快速通道、七里坪连接线、中山茶产业环线等63公里交旅融合道路的改造，覆盖止戈、东岳、高庙、瓦屋山等7个镇，贯穿4个景区，外通乐山和雅安2个市。主要改造内容有交通标识、文化景观和绿化美化3大板块，涵盖青杠坪茶客空间步游道、天宫驿站、柳江隧道、云上瓦屋观景台等53个节点。</span></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">目前，相关规划设计已完成，预计5月全面动工。届时，将给游客营造“车在路上行，人在画中游”的旅游氛围，推动交旅深度融合发展，为洪雅高质量发展提供坚实交通支撑。</span></p><p style="text-align: left;
