语文组由鲜红霞主任主持,李仪老师主讲。李老师就作业分层设计分享了自己的做法。她从分层作业的定义、当前小学语文作业设计现状、“双减”政策背景下小学语文作业设计的原则、“双减”背景下小学语文作业设计方法四个方面进行了阐述。组内教师展开了热烈的讨论,大家各抒己见,交流自己的宝贵经验。最后,鲜主任对本次活动进行了总结。她指出:要有效落实“双减”政策,在减负的同时更要做好“加”的文章,要通过提升课堂质量和加强作业设计研究来提质增效,助力学生的成长。</p><p 数学组由胡玲丽副校长主持,成自娟老师主讲。成老师从作业分层设计的概述,作业分层设计的重要性,作业分层设计的策略三个方面,解析了数学作业分层设计。她分享了许多具体的设计案例。比如,针对不同层次的学生,设计不同的作业题目,对于基础较差的学生,可以设置一些简单的题目,帮助他们巩固基础知识;而对于基础较好的学生,则可以设置一些具有挑战性的题目,激发他们的学习兴趣。此外,她还强调了作业设计的创新性和趣味性。比如,可以通过设计一些与生活实际相结合的题目,让学生在解决问题的过程中,感受到数学的魅力。或者,通过设计一些有趣的数学游戏,让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中,掌握数学知识。最后,胡校长对本次活动进行了总结发言。她指出,老师应当不断丰富分层作业的形式,在作业中增加口述型作业、动手实践型作业等,不仅可以培养学生逻辑思维能力、使学生在手脑并用中提高发现问题和解决问题的能力,还可以调动学生对数学作业的兴趣。</p><p 英语组由方敏老师主持,刘晶晶老师主讲。首先,刘老师分析了我们在日常教学中容易遇到的关于作业设计方面的问题背景及作业设计上存在的困惑。在日常教学中,作业设计的困惑主要体现在以下几点:书面作业设计,我们应该如何维持学生的兴趣?口头作业如何真正落到实处?如何体现作业的差异性?如何设计复习作业?接着,刘老师为大家带来了解决上述困惑的对策:以“趣”激“趣”—趣味作业代替机械抄写;以“赛”代“查”—利用学生的好胜心打败懒惰;以“选”替“全”—突出作业的差异性;化“散”为“整”—突出复习作业的系统性。最后,英语组全体老师就自己对本次讲座的体会及作业设计的想法进行了集体的探讨。</p><p
