<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“祝愿今年风调雨顺、五谷丰登。”早上10点，伴随着长者高昂的吉祥颂词声中，彭措拥登和其他两名男子吆喝着将犏公牛赶入田中，使用“二牛抬杠”犁耕法，在农田上划出新年的第一犁。锃亮的铁犁在农田上翻出一条条小沟，跟随的藏族姑娘挥手抛洒，一粒粒青稞种子落在泥土中。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">所谓“二牛抬杠”，是一种传统耕作技术，迄今有几千年的历史。但是，随着农用机械的登场，这种耕作方式渐渐退出历史舞台。“虽然我们镇现在已经实现农业机械化，但是为了传承高原农耕文化，第一犁还是由‘二牛抬杠’来完成。”虾拉沱镇党委书记罗布江村说。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">随着高标准农田建设和农业机械的普及，炉霍县越来越多的农区田地逐渐实现了机械化。十多年前，彭措拥登购买了手扶式拖拉机。“我们家有30多亩农田，原来‘二牛抬杠’需要10天的时间，有了手扶式拖拉机的耕种，我只需要5天时间就完工了，现在更厉害了，大型‘铁牛’一上场1天就结束。”彭措拥登指着田边停放着的数台大型耕种机和旋耕机说。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">彭措拥登口中的“铁牛”，是炉霍鲁川农业发展有限公司的大型农业机械。原来，近几年，炉霍鲁川农业发展有限公司采取“支部+合作社+企业+农户”发展模式，在炉霍流转了4000亩土地，通过集约化、规模化、机械化生产经营，全面扩大青稞种植规模。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">“我们现在播种、施肥、收割，都是全程大型机械化。”该公司负责人顾远庭告诉记者，前年，鲁川农业发展有限公司在虾拉沱村种植的青稞，平均亩产578斤，产量打破甘孜州记录。然后，去年扩大战果，在炉霍县承包了一万亩土地，还引进了大型农业机械，实现全程机械化生产，并且为周边田地免费提供耕种服务。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">而距虾拉沱镇15公里外的仁达乡仁达村，又探索出了新的集约化经营模式。“村民们将土地托管给村集体成立的专业合作社，这期间，合作社将提供耕种管收的全程服务，不需要村民任何担心。”炉霍县农牧农村和科技局副局长廖永胜介绍，托管模式只需在秋粮收获后结算费用，享受成果，村民们无忧无虑就当上“甩手掌柜”。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">值得一提的是，此次开耕活动中，甘孜藏麒特色农产品开发有限责任公司和炉霍县仁达乡仁达村村委会签订了青稞收购协议，解决了青稞销路问题。“不仅种植不需要操心，今天过后，销售也不需要担心了。”仁达村党支部书记呷绒洛吾激动地说。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;">同样签订协议的还有其他两家公司和两家村集体经济合作社，协议的签订不仅能为青稞的销路“托底”，还能提升产品价值，带动农民增收。“平时卖青稞只能卖到每斤2.5元左右，如今，藏麒公司直接以每斤青稞3元的价格收购。”呷绒洛吾说。</p>
