<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">根据《方案》明确的建设计划，今年乐山市将<strong>拓展增强高速通道集群承载能力</strong>。新建高速公路55公里，全市高速公路运营里程力争突破560公里，新增服务区2个、落地互通8个。力争乐西高速乐山至马边段建成通车，乐西高速马边至昭觉段实现贯通。开工建设峨汉高速沙溪连接线，力争开工建设成峨高速。加快建设资乐高速、天眉乐高速。加快开展乐荥高速等项目前期工作。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;"><strong>纵深推进岷江港航电综合开发</strong>。加快建设龙溪口、老木孔、东风岩航电枢纽，力争龙溪口航电枢纽首批机组投产发电，开展板桥航电枢纽工可阶段前期工作。推进《乐山港总体规划（修订）》报批工作，同步开展乐山港老江坝作业区大件码头、岷江水上应急救援中心、游轮码头等项目前期工作。加快龙溪口库区沐溪河旅游航道等其他水运项目建设，推动乐山港打造成都平原经济区“天府港”。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;"><strong>持续推动普通国省干线公路提档升级</strong>，新改建普通国省干线公路41公里，持续提升国道二级及以上、省道三级及以上以及乡镇通三级及以上公路比重。<strong>深入实施“四好农村路”建设</strong>，持续提升乡镇通三级公路比重，加快建设幸福美丽乡村路、30户以上自然村通硬化路等项目。此外，还将巩固强化运输服务供给，着力提升普通公路管养水平，加快推进行业管理服务数字化转型等。</p>
