四川是如何为8000多万人储备粮食的？“大国粮仓”采用了这些高科技

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">四川省粮食和物资储备局有关负责人表示，自全国大力推进粮食购销领域监管信息化建设以来，四川省通过构建省市县三级数据互通的管理体系，充分利用现有信息化资源，并基于四川省级政务云（华为云），统一部署了四川省政策性粮食购销监管系统。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">粮食购销是保障粮食安全的关键环节。在传统的粮食收购环节，农民需要奔波于各个粮库之间，费时费力。如今，借助四川省政策性粮食购销监管系统，农民通过预约电话、手机应用程序等方式，查询收购价格和仓容状态，实现卖粮少跑腿、少排队、快售粮。此外，红星新闻记者了解到，针对农民合作社交易量日益增多的特点，四川采取电子交易网上竞价方式，加快售粮，提高了收购效率和公正性。目前，全省地方政府储备粮网上交易率达95％以上。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">如果说“收好粮”是保障粮食安全的基石，那么粮食存储就是粮食安全的“压舱石”。记者了解到，四川在全国率先大规模应用绿色低温储粮技术，着力提高粮食供给质量。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">以成都粮食集团所属库点的一座粮仓为例，该粮仓采用了表层控温+谷物冷却的低温储存技术，通过密闭的智能环流系统使粮食始终保管在“空调房”里。粮堆里埋藏的几百个温度传感器，对粮食温度进行实时监控。通过AI温度管控，实现粮食常储常新。此外，粮库推广“仓顶阳光”工程，在仓顶建设光伏发电系统，有效推动绿色低温储粮技术可持续应用。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">目前，四川已实现低温储粮管理全覆盖，也是率先全面实现AI温度管控的省份，全年平均粮温能够控制在18℃以下，通过低温可以让粮食长期处于“休眠”状态，较好保持粮食新鲜度，这样才能抗“陈化”，实现常储常新，同时降低了能耗。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px;">政策性粮库是保供稳价的“定海神针。四川省粮食和物资储备局有关负责人表示，在统一部署四川省政策性粮食购销监管系统的同时，四川还配置了物联网边缘计算网关设备，实现了标准化流程与实时化监管的有机结合。这一创新举措为现代化粮仓插上了“千里眼”和“透视眼”，信息化监管新模式使粮食安全更加可视化、可感知。</p>
