代表委员返乡记①丨刘艳英：围绕柠檬做好四大产业，加快建成宜居宜业和美乡村

<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">隆恩村，一个距离安岳县城10多公里的小村庄，过去由于交通闭塞、基础建设匮乏等原因，一度发展不足。近年来，该村通过一颗“柠檬”探路，培育壮大特色产业，迎来了发展的春天。刘艳英介绍，去年该村的柠檬种植面积达到2000亩，年产值超500万元，村里90%以上的农户都种植了柠檬树。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">除了种柠檬树、卖柠檬果，该村还围绕柠檬，玩出了更多“花样”：一方面开发柠檬干、柠檬茶、柠檬饮料等精加工、深加工产品，丰富了产品线；另一方面在柠檬文化上做文章，以柠檬产业园为主体，推出“赏柠檬花、摘柠檬果、观柠檬景、吃柠檬宴”的“一条龙”乡村旅游项目，村民的日子越过越红火。</p>

<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">回到村里以后，不少人纷纷向我打听有关全国两会的信息。我能感受到大家对隆恩村发展的迫切心情。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">今年全国两会，我带去了七份建议。从数量上看，比去年多了两份；从关注的内容来看，除了“三农”、农村养老等话题，我还关注了国家级柠檬产业集群打造、大学生就业、安岳石窟文化保护等内容，这些内容和乡村产业发展、人才培育、乡村旅游等息息相关。</p>
<p style="padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; word-break: break-all; white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">两会期间，我把家乡的柠檬面膜、柠檬冻干片等产品带到了北京，让大家感受到隆恩村的变化和发展。同时，一些来自基层的代表在培育特色产业、引进乡村人才和吸引社会资本等方面的理念和思路，给了我很多启发，我会把这些经验带到村里，以便于更好地建设隆恩村。</p>
