“双减”引领 “作业”提质 ——来仪小学开展优化作业设计教研活动

水本无华,相荡而成涟漪;石本无火,相击而生灵光。文科组车进明老师以《如何优化语文作业设计》为主题,从自主性作业、趣味性作业、实践性作业、探究性作业以及分层性作业五个方面对优化语文作业设计进行了专题讲座,他讲到,优化语文作业设计的目的在于减轻学生负担,提高学生完成作业的兴趣,是提高语文学习效率的最优举措。自主性作业应该让学生针对自身情况进行选择作业,增强了学生的自觉性;趣味性作业应该富有创意,形式新颖,内容联系实际并具有一定新颖性;实践性作业是提升学生观察能力,从而感受生活、体验生活;探究性作业是对学生难度较高的一项作业,它使学生真正成为个性健全发展的人,鼓励学生主动探究;分层性作业,要求教师根据不同能力的学生设计出不同层次的作业,供学生选择,让每位学生在适合自己的作业中取得成功。</p><p /></p><p> 理科组汪才老师从作业现状特点、作业设计的特点进行了分析,他指出现在的作业内容安排随意、散点,缺少设计性、创意性、结构性、整体性,让作业布置与“知能”割裂,没有做到综合考查。作业设计一定要做到以学生为本,以促学生发展为根,精心设计出减负增效背景下符合课标精神的作业,一定要满足求知和育人的双从要求,作业的设计要具备开放性、创新性、趣味性、实践性、发展性、人文性等特点。</p><p
